Every day there is one new national animal to identify. Guess its country in six tries; the photo starts blurred and gets sharper with each wrong guess, and every miss opens another clue.

How to play
Each day the game picks one national animal from the countries on this site, the same one for everyone on the same date. Type a country and pick it from the list; you have six guesses.
The photo starts heavily blurred and sharpens a little after every miss. Each miss also opens the next clue in a fixed order: the continent, the animal group, its IUCN Red List category, whether it is officially designated or a national symbol by tradition, the first letter and length of the country's name, and finally the animal's name. Each guess also shows whether it is on the same continent as the answer.
